Member Terms of Use

By signing up and using the SURVEYATELIER Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. SURVEYATELIER reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Notifications of changes will be provided when possible and continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Member Responsibilities

1. Eligibility: Members must be 18+ years old or at least 13 years old with parental consent. Verification of age, identity, and address may be required.
2. Account Usage:
   • Only one account per individual; multiple household accounts are allowed with verification.
   • Accounts must be used personally; shared or proxy IPs are prohibited.
3. Accuracy: All registration and activity information must be truthful. Fraudulent activity or false information may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Prohibited Actions:
   • Repeating offers across multiple sites.
   • Early cancellation of offer requirements.
   • Sharing confidential survey content or engaging in fraudulent practices.

Relationship and Liability

• Independent Parties: Membership does not establish a partnership or agency relationship with SURVEYATELIER. Members are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on earnings.
• Limitations: SURVEYATELIER is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profits, or third-party disputes.
• Non-Liability: The program is an intermediary between members and advertisers, and members bear sole responsibility for decisions made on partner sites.

Fraud Prevention

• Any suspected fraudulent activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of earnings, and potential legal action.
• Fraud includes, but is not limited to:
  • Using false or stolen information.
  • Completing offers with fraudulent intent.
  • Maintaining multiple accounts for personal gain.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for more than 4 months may have their points temporarily locked. Points can be unlocked by logging in and completing new activities.

Termination

SURVEYATELIER reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Termination forfeits all account benefits, including earnings and rewards.

Changes to Terms

Terms may change periodically. Major updates will be communicated via email or on our site. Continued use signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
